How we work

We design and operate our own software, so we stay responsible for what happens after launch. That experience shapes our client work too: we begin with the problem, choose the smallest useful scope, and keep performance, security and maintainability in view as the product grows.

Our team works across product design, software engineering, cloud infrastructure and digital recovery. We are based in El Vendrell, Catalonia, and collaborate remotely with clients elsewhere. The projects and products linked on this site show the kinds of systems we build and maintain.

What to expect from us

We begin by identifying who will use the product and what they need to accomplish. Then we review the existing software, data and constraints before recommending a scope. A useful first step might be a focused review rather than a full rebuild.

The same engineers who make those decisions stay involved as the work moves toward launch. We discuss how changes will be tested, how the service will be maintained and who will own each part after handover.
